Choral II: Faure’s Requiem

Less fire and brimstone and more “an aspiration towards happiness above,” Faure hoped his Requiem would transform the way people perceived the Requiem, and ultimately, the concept of death. This performance also features the Shrewsbury Chorale and soprano Mary Petro and baritone Ryan Garner as soloists.
Choral III: Cheek to Cheek: An Evening of Love Songs

A fabulous evening full of fun music, food, and drink accompanied by the annual Silent Auction.
Love to sing? Join the Garden State Philharmonic Chorus and sing some of the most beautiful music ever written. Rehearsals are weekly on Wednesday evenings in Toms River starting in September. Auditions are required for admittance.
